Neighbors of Park City recorded more than 23,000 Instagram Views in each month of Q3 2026. July brought 23,090 Views, August 23,218, and September 23,985. Together, the three monthly reports recorded 70,293 Views, 47 New Posts, and 287 Shares.
The engagement
Neighbors brought SLF Media Group in to plan, film, edit, and schedule original short-form videos alongside its static content. The engagement also included account management and monthly analytics reporting. In November 2025, the publisher identified December content as the beginning of SLF's original-content work.
The Q3 reports show a consistent level of visibility, alongside changes in how people responded. September recorded 114 Shares, 52% more than July's 75. Its Views were about 4% higher than July. Profile Visits and Website Clicks moved differently: September had 277 visits and 5 clicks, down from August's 368 visits and 15 clicks.
The longer view
December 2025 was the first month in the available Instagram reporting history. The account recorded 18 New Posts, 40,827 Views, 282 Profile Visits, 477 Likes, and 63 Shares. Views were 78% above the report's previous-period value of 22,987. Reported Reach rose from 4,010 to 17,647, a 340% increase.
Performance varied after that launch period. Views were 28,652 in January and 31,706 in February before falling to 20,128 in March. April recorded 21,467 Views and 35 Website Clicks, although reported Reach and Likes were lower than March. May and June's direct reports are missing from the available history.
Q3 then held above 23,000 Views each month. September remained below December for Views and reported Reach, while Shares were higher. Across the eight available monthly reports, the account recorded 213,073 Views and 137 New Posts. These totals cover December-April and July-September only.
What the reporting shows
The evidence supports a strong December launch period and repeated Instagram visibility in Q3. These are whole-account results and do not isolate SLF's contribution from other content or distribution. The reports do not separate paid from organic activity or measure leads, sales, or bookings.
A useful next test would focus on the posts that prompt Profile Visits and Website Clicks, alongside Views and Shares. That is a proposed next step, not a claim that an experiment has already been completed or proven.
