SLF Media Group uses information you choose to share to respond to inquiries, arrange meetings and coordinate your content work.
Inquiries and appointments
Our inquiry form asks for your name, email, business and social media goals. You can also share optional website links, social accounts, budget, timing and other context. Form details are sent to SLF through GoHighLevel. Appointment bookings are handled through Calendly.
Please don’t include passwords, payment-card details or unrelated sensitive information in these forms.
Client workspace
The client workspace uses ChatGPT sign-in. The website receives a site-specific account identifier and, when available, your email address to check access. Authorized workspace records can include content plans, review decisions, requests, report files and links relevant to your SLF work. Changes are recorded with the account identifier and time so the work has a history. If you choose to request access, your signed-in account identifier, displayed name and email, and request timestamps are stored for SLF to review. A request does not grant access.
Workspace records and uploaded PDFs are stored using the website’s hosted database and file storage. Access is checked for the signed-in account. SLF’s owner workspace contains internal coordination information that is separate from the client view.
Free planning tools
The free planning tools work in your browser. Creating or downloading a plan does not submit it to SLF. A plan is sent to the client workspace only when an authorized user chooses “Save to portal.” Downloaded files are saved to your device.
Services used by the website
This website is hosted with ChatGPT Sites and uses Cloudflare database and file storage for the workspace. GoHighLevel provides the inquiry form, Calendly provides appointment booking, and Instagram provides embedded portfolio videos. Google Fonts supplies the website fonts. Opening these services or loading their embedded content can share browser and connection information with the provider. Their own privacy information applies to their services.
Connected business tools
When SLF enables a connection to its business tools, relevant contact, project, report, file or appointment information can be retrieved from GoHighLevel, Monday.com, Databox, Dropbox, Calendly or Gmail. Records selected by SLF may be saved in its private workspace to coordinate your work. Client views include only records linked to that client workspace. Email-source references used for internal coordination remain owner-only.
